Medicines list
List every medicine, including ones bought without a prescription, vitamins, herbal products, eye drops, inhalers and creams. Take it to every appointment. A pharmacist can check it with you.
- Ask your pharmacist or GP about a medicines review: it can pick up medicines that clash or are no longer needed.
- Never stop or change a medicine without talking to the GP or pharmacist first.
